Talks, Trainings, Transformation
I launched my consultancy to focus
on areas of passion and expertise.
This includes transforming education, changing leadership to suit our changing world, and enhancing the social impact of our endeavors.

What we set in place now will help the world arrive well for
our next generations.
Sean Slade is an Australian-American global education leader based in Washington, D.C.. With three decades of experience spanning five countries and four continents, he specializes in transforming education systems, growing partnerships, and driving leadership change for a complex world.

He works with some of the world's leading global organizations including NEOM, UNESCO, OECD, WISE, EDLINKS®, and Diplomatic Courier, and is the author of several books on education philosophy, transformation, and implementation for a better world. His articles have appeared in The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, EdWeek, and the Diplomatic Courier.
Education is changing faster than the systems built to deliver it. Sean works with districts, governments, NGOs, foundations, and institutions to close that gap — as a keynote speaker, trainer, and systems change architect.

At a time when we’re facing immense challenges in our world, big ideas in education are back. After decades of prioritizing incremental performance gains in measurable outcomes, everyone, not just academics, or even the teaching profession, is asking where our schools are going, what are they for, and how can they help our kids face the future and make something of it. Sean Slade has the perfect response that is up to this task..
